RESORT INTRODUCTION

Anumana Village Ubud is built in the middle of rice paddies field, among beautiful village namely Umah Anyar village, Ubud-Bali which gives the natural and culture essence to people who would like to stay or live in.

Anumana Village has 18 rooms in total which consists of ;

• 9 Suite Garden Rooms,
• 7 Suite Terrace Rooms,
• 1 One Bedroom Villas with private pool and
• 1 Two Bedroom Villas with private pool.

Should you wish to stay with families, there are 7 rooms available with connecting door (4 Suite Garden Rooms and 3 Suite Terrace Rooms).

A 15 minutes' drive to Ubud Center where the traditional market, various shopping arcades and dining options can be found, Monkey Forest Ubud is located 15 minutes on foot from Ubud Market.

1. FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE
   Free daily shuttle service from/to Ubud center based on scheduled.
2. ONJE RESTO
   With capacity 45 persons provides various Balinese, Indonesian and Western foods with gourmet Balinese Chef De Party, located beside the lobby overlook rice fields, Serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as well as room service. Advance booking is required for special occasion i.e., candlelight dinner or special chef menu. Opening Hours: 07:00 am-11:00 p.m. (Last order by 10.00p.m)
3. ONJE SPA
   Just indulging, a day at the spa is the perfect treat for relaxation and rejuvenation. Opening Hours 09:00 am-21:00 pm
4. ROOM SERVICE
   Room service menu is available on our Menu Directory.
5. HOUSEKEEPING
   Daily Make up bed, between 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and turndown service between 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Extra pillows, towels and additional room supplies will be on request, based on availability. Extra bed will be an additional charge.
6. Laundry and Dry-cleaning service is available every day except national holidays. Please leave your laundry on the bed in the laundry bag for the Housekeeping to collect and you will receive your freshly cleaned laundry until 10 a.m. the following day. If you require your laundry back the same day, please return the Laundry & Dry-Cleaning List to reception before 10.00 a.m. Laundry bags as well as the price lists are in your main wardrobe.
7. ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
   Electric voltage is 220 volts. We have a generator to ensure constant power, it takes a few seconds only after black out to supply electric.
8. AIR CONDITIONING
   All our rooms are equipped with an individual temperature setting for your comfort. Please use the remote control to set the air conditioning. If you need any assistance or you have questions about the system, please contact reception for help.
9. MINI BAR
   Minibar will be refilled only once upon arrival, should you wish some more additional items, please contact reception.
10. DRINKING WATER
    Two bottles of water free of charge, daily replenished Please to inform that our tap water is not recommended for drinking.
11. HAIR DRYER
    Each room is equipped with an electric hair dryer, and placed in the bath room.
12. WAKE UP CALLS
    The reception will call you manually for any request of the wakeup call. Please advise the time required by contacting our reception.
13. SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES
    All rooms are equipped with an electronic in- room safe. You find it in your main wardrobe. Please follow the instructions on the front side of the safe. The hotel does not take responsibility for any item not placed in the in-room safe.
14. MESSAGES & CALL FORWARDING
    Any message for the guests in house will be informed by our reception and deliver to your room.
15. PRIVACY / DO NOT DISTURB
    In case you do not wish to be disturbed, please leave the “Do not disturb” sign on the outside doorknob. If you do not want to receive any telephone calls, please inform the reception. Internal room-to-room calls cannot be prevented.
16. KEYS
    For your convenience, please leave your room’s key at the reception when you are out of resort.
17. LOST AND FOUND
    Lost and found items are returned to the Housekeeping Department. For inquiries, please check with our reception.
18. DOCTOR
    Medical assistance is available on call 24 hours. Doctor is not available in the resort.
19. INTERNET & BUSINESS CENTER
    Wi-Fi internet connection is available in all resort area. Password and user name will be informed upon check in. Business Centre located off main reception lobby with internet access that you may require.
20. FACSIMILE
    The resort also provides a facsimile machine on request with additional charge.
21. BANKS
    Most banks are open from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm from Monday to Friday and closed on Sunday and Public holiday.

23. GRATUITIES
    Gratuities are shared equally amongst all the hotel staff. We do not encourage gratuities to individual member of staff. Should you wish to leave a gratuity, please place it in sealed envelope and hand it to Manager on Duty
24. BAGGAGE COLLECTION
    Please allow sufficient time for the collection of your baggage. Call our reception to collect your baggage in your room at least 30 minutes prior to your departure.
25. CHECK OUT TIME
    Check out time is 12.00 o'clock, noon. The reception will assist you to store your luggage if you would like to spend more time in town before going to the airport. If you require a later check out or wish to extend your stay, please contact Reception.
26. ROOM SECURITY
    Make sure your door is properly locked whenever you leave your room or before retiring for the night. Do not admit any strangers into your room. Any suspicious person should be reported to reception.
